System.Xml.XmlDocument docWebPart = new System.Xml.XmlDocument();
docWebPart.LoadXml(sWebPartXml);
System.Xml.XmlNamespaceManager nsmgr = new System.Xml.XmlNamespaceManager(docWebPart.NameTable);
nsman.AddNamespace(String.Empty, "http://schemas.microsoft.com/WebPart/v2");
System.Xml.XmlNode nodeTitle = docWebPart.SelectSingleNode("//Title", nsmgr);
Like I said, that final line that calls docWebPart.SelectSingleNode() is returning null. I've also tried to omit the nsmgr variable (so it's just docWebPart.SelectSingleNode("//Title");) but that also returns null.
Any clue?

| • I discovered my father's children on Facebook, do i tell them? |
|
I was raised by my mother. She never talked about my father or what happened to him. When i was 15 i had to get a passport and could not do so without either my father's signature or proof that he was dead. So my mother suddenly gives me his office address and tells me to go and get him to sign the document for me. It turned we had been living in the same town the whole time. I saw him for the 5 minutes it took to get his signature, bumped into him in town twice after that, and said just hello. i am now 21 and i discovered his children on Face-book. They have the same last name as me and they look eerily like me and have pictures of my father posted on their profiles.
I have always wanted to know my other heritage and was never given the chance. Should i add them as friends and introduce myself? I don't want to wreck their lives in case he never said anything to them about me. I don't know whether introducing myself would be selfish. I would hate to mess their lives up. i never has a father and that hurt, and i would hate to tarnish their image of their father. I keep wondering though, because it would be great to belong with them. Also they are grown up, they are 24, 23 and 21 so half of me thinks they'd get over it if i tell them. Also, i don't know whether or not they already know.
PLEASE HELP ME MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION!!!!
